Tell me about the selection process.
The selection flow is as follows: Preliminary interview (persons responsible for recruitment and persons responsible for each department) → Second interview (interview by executives) → Interview by president → Unofficial job offer.

How long does it take to select new employees?
It depends on the number of applications, but it usually takes two weeks to one month.

Is there an age limit or a specific academic background?
No, there is not. However, for mid-career recruitment, we prefer motivated people with work experience above a certain level.

Depending on the situation, it can be postponed for about one to two months.

I would like to know about your pay revision system.
We evaluate employees’ capabilities and performance and determine their salaries based on the evaluation results and the scope and difficulty of their work. The pay revision is performed every year in January.
